Local NHS services will be inviting patients at risk of falls and/or frailty who meet the criteria to book a class. This will be done automatically and there is no need for a doctor's referral.


Residents can still proceed with completing the medical questionnaire online for a self-referral at Strength and Balance / Chairobics booking - Hillingdon Council  and if they have not previously attended they will be given priority for a space. Anyone who has previously attended will be placed on a waiting list and offered a space if there is one.
